The job itself is not bad at all. It's pretty hot in the summer and very dirty. The people I've worked with on nights are all great. My supervisor is a very nice guy and I enjoy working for him. The company itself has some pretty stupid rules and policies that can be annoying at times and the company itself is pretty behind the times as far as any kind of technology and that can be frustrating at times.

Pros

Decent pay, Benefits are okay, people are mostly great to work with

Cons

Company medical insurance, it is expensive and worthless

i learned a lot worked hard a lot of overtime being responsible got along with everyone a lot of safety meetings you have to wear mask its very dusty

Rtp was an excellent opportunity to be your own production based go getter.. incentives such as company parties and summer family get togethers were always motivation to go that extra step or stay working till the bell. Raises also occurred on a yearly based foreman review upon attendance and performances. Lots of pros , only con being indoors all night long.
