Remodel the Pueblo store to better accommodate the large salad bar and get rid of the atrium seating as it gets too hot in there in the summer and the server in charge of that section often loses out on money.

I would not punish the servers based on what the customers tip. When I worked there, the amount of tables you were allowed to have was based on your average tip percentage, which it completely unfair. A large portion of the population do not ti[, regardless of how great you are, and that should not be taken out on the server.
