Seems like they go backwards
Server/Bartender (Current Employee) –  Edinburgh, IndianaJune 14, 2019
Upper management just doesn't care about the locations employees. We can't keep cooks and they tend to hire too many servers. The GM isn't even there most of the time.

I only worked at Ruby Tuesday a short amount of time but during my stay there not only did management make me uncomfortable but so did my coworkers as I am transgender and only chose to come out to a select few because I felt unsafe of this workplace to come out to everyone.

Assistant Manager (Current Employee) –  Aiken, SCJuly 20, 2019
The managers are willing to work with whatever your schedule may be. And will take a chance with anyone that is willing to work and enjoy what they do
