This is a very tough, back-breaking, headache-inducing job. It really is. But boy, it is rewarding. It’s definitely not for the faint of heart or a weak-willed character. It is for the highly qualified individuals who possess mental stamina and composure - who feel competent working with highly behavioral and psychologically complex children and young - more... adults. As someone who worked at the establishment for relatively longer than other staff, I feel I can provide an accurate summary of this position.
