Horrible management in the Integration Dept. High turnover. Poor planning for system installations. Extremely micromanaged, Little to zero support/training. Overall it is Poor product and the Semiconductor community knows this. Very unstable, super buggy. Messy cables, outdated technologies. Local HR is non receptive to legitimate lawful complaints regarding management.

People dont look cheerful
Integration Technician II (Former Employee) –  Wilmington, MAJune 13, 2018
Do not recommend. This place will have you looking at the door and thinking what you will do everyday. People come to work looking frustrated and unhappy.

Official response from Rudolph Technologies, Inc
June 22, 2018

We are always sorry when an employee leaves with a negative impression. We would like to point out, however, that no one has left this position for 16-18 months and we have had many changes since then that would cause this to be an outdated reflection of the organization in which this employee worked.

Hard Working Employees
Employee (Former Employee) –  Bloomington, MNDecember 4, 2017
Hard Working Employees. Management has work to do. Work/Life Balance not ideal for a family. Culture has decreased in past few years - all about $$ no longer about $$ and employees.

Procurement/Planning department is poorly managed by a bipolar boss. Lack of ethics. No real knowledge of the daily tasks done by her employees. Derogatory, mean bully. Truly unfortunate as the rest of the company has great truly dedicated employees.

Management was aweful
Buyer (Former Employee) –  Bloomington, MNOctober 6, 2017
The manager lied and creates issues. The staff has completely overturned in purchasing and for good reason. The manager switched commodities often to make the person she wanted gone look bad. It is good paying to bring people in but there is a reason the entire department has turned over several times.

At Rudolph, those who advance are those who sacrifice self and family. So it is not for everyone.

It is an incredibly slow moving and evolving company for such a small organization

Excellent company that finds a way to grow
Texas Engineering (Current Employee) –  TexasDecember 2, 2015
a well balanced company in a cyclical industry-semiconductor. The past CEO was brilliant and a genius but has now retired. His successor is a long time company man who only knows software and is very political and hates the Minnesota group who generates all the profits- and we hate him MP.
Pros
Fun committee. Minnesota culture
Cons
New Jersey hanger on Execs who bleed Minnesota of profits.
