Easy, boring job that promotes from within and has very flexible schedules
Written by ENROLLMENT MANAGER (Current Employee) from Cedar Rapids, IA on August 15, 2018
As a college student, Ruffalo worked perfectly with my schedule and workload. Overall a very relaxed, albeit boring, job. There are a few different part-time positions available on the calling floor, fundraising and college enrollments, as well as quality assurance. Management is overall decent, however it's definitely a job for high schoolers/college - more ... students. Expect a loud environment and little-to-no standard for dress codes (unless it's a client day). There was no background check when I was hired and the application took me 5 minutes to fill out. ProsQuick to hire, relaxed, clean, friendly, very flexible schedules
ConsSmelly co-workers, (some) poor management
