- Put an end to mandatory Saturdays. A 50 hours a week of this job is enough.

- Send managers to outside management training school. Too many simply have no experience in how to manage people.

- Invest in new equipment.The main loss of productivity is machines breaking down constantly.

- higher pay for more physically demanding jobs! Line workers who stand in one place all day shouldn't make the same as thoes who walk 10 miles a shift at a blistering pace.


They give out yearly raises every summer for the increase of cost of living. The amount of a raise is dependent on the associates bell curve rating/ job performance, they might get 1%, 2%, 3% or no raise at all.
