Working here is good. The hourly rate is decent, incentives are nice if you work for them, the office is in a convenient place. The culture of the call center is very high school clique. The managers have their favorites and it shows. If your not in their clique when you ask for help it’s almost like you are bothering them. When the manager walks around - more... all day with the employees goofing off it doesn’t come off as very professional. Having 3 managers is very annoying.
