Issues with management and CSM's , lack of communication, favoritism and disregard for employee health , being lied to about moving up the ladder , benefits are near non existent for part time employees , won't listen to what employees have to say , won't enforce dress code policy, management covers for scams on getting breaks / lunches on time while cashiers have to wait forever / darn near towards the end of your shift before they send you . Love working with a few select ppl and one manager who is awesome , most of management puts you down on going above and beyond on doing your job, don't get the recognition you deserve, playing favorites.
I work a 5 hour shift 3 days a week and 2 days 6 hour shifts I'm part-time so I can't work any more than that I had scheduled 27 hours a week I would like full-time but there's never a full-time position open my stores always busy they don't ever allow overtime no matter if your full-time or part-time.
Bi-weekly. However if a holiday was a day before or the day of pay day youd get it late not early like other places.
First and foremost management has to be properly trained and help accountable for their actions.Secondly they need to respect their coworkers and most importantly customers.
Inadequate pay and black of respect from management.They need to lead by example not by intimidation and threats.
