They change the schedules with little or no warning. You will be scheduled 40 hrs at the beginning of the week but you get cut so much you barely end up working 30

Not based on area of expertise, but based on who can cover the largest area of the store with the fewest employees.

They are fine.

They prefer to have more part time staff than full time. Scheduled hours change a lot. NO overtime is allowed EVER. They also have a budget balance so if you work in a store with less sales you will be expected to do a lot more.
I didn't get to start working because the management didn't do the job of calling me with the hours i was supposed to work. They had a month to figure it out
Could be more hours with less employees still attaining part time
I work from 6am until 12am an when needed

Way to many hours for very little pay.

Average, standard 40 hour week. Flexible on making up time to a degree.
