Very unsteady. We were asked to take days off last winter due to low census. It is a 430b hospital, meaning there are many public aide patients and the hospital does not get re-imbursed by the state. Touchy subject matter which effects our workflow and everything is about cost and saving money.

Excited! Also great for my personality. Free classes in Yoga etc. Great walking path and snack bar. Great smoothies bar and open environment.
