The General Manager interviewed me, we talked about 30 mins. Was asked about transportation experience, if I had a CDL, (needed to road test trucks as part of spot check) And if I ever dealt with stress. Nothing weird. They saw I was a Service Manager from the auto side and asked about my management style. Said plenty of opportunity to move up as Rush is constantly buying up dealers

Fire the management and replace them with honest hard working people who care about company values and do not treat the customer like they are a dollar sign. I certainly would not make promises to employees nor lie to them on a daily basis.
