The process to get a job at Russ Darrow is simple, as long as you have what the company is looking for, you'll be hiered right away. Before you start traing, you must have your sales licence to sell vehicles. Once you get that, it's all gravy.

The hours! I cannot stand the hours at the specific store I work for! I have no time for anything! Other GM's don't do this to their Call centers but the one I work for has us working 46+ hrs a week and won't let us change it. Also management tells us nothing.
