Unstable senority employees run the plant. new hires don"t have a chance!!!!!! because instead of getting a couple days a week training when its slow you get weeks off. I guess they enjoy hiring new help every year! they use you until supervisors get tired of you. no hours. but if you stay there they expect you to jump through hoops. Hard to stay dedicated to a place that would as soon lay you off. And call you when all other resources are exhausted!!
