We try to have 4 "Employee Appreciation Days" per year (about 1 per quarter). Some of these are as simple as a group lunch. Others are more elaborate such as Whitewater Rafting, Ziplining, etc. We also keep everyone on the clock, so that pay checks are not being negatively affected. We have had some employees that have not wanted to participate in the past and have gotten spoken to about being a team player.

I feel Rustic Countrysides has greatly improved the overall standings for employees. They've worked hard to put more focus on employee relations and create winning situations for everyone. The owner and management are there to help you create and implement goals, not only professional but for your personal life as well.
