Establish an improved systemetic training, clearer sales timeline expectations, and give 90 days to make first few sales. 5 weeks on the phone does not give you much time. My mentor said I was real close in getting some good deals. Understand better Back Office operations to translate into cusomer benefits. Percentage payout is way to low at around 10%. At LexisNexis commissions were at 24%! Until you change up the back end in floor sales then you will not grow or expand your biz. When I walk into an office with 8 out of 30 filled and the others empty, red flags went up for me about your business model.
