Lots of redundant sales training great pay but little growth
The companies CEO has a old school mentality so there is no creativity to adding growth for new adventures

Front Desk Receptionist (Current Employee) –  New Brunswick, NJFebruary 7, 2019
A typical day consists of taking calls. I learned to multi-task better and how to better care for the customer. The hardest part of the job is when we receive a lot of calls and members checking in.
Pros
4 Hour shifts
Cons
Lack of help

Sales Counselor (Former Employee) –  Parlin, NJDecember 12, 2018
I worked at RWJ for less than a year. It was a great place to work while I was trying to find a job in what I majored in college. It was never something that I wanted to do long term.
Pros
You can make great money off of commission if you work hard
Cons
Sales can be cutthroat

Low pay rate. Stressful environment. Salary. Pay period is weird. No Overtime. Flexible schedule but always working more than what you get paid for. .

Most of the days were routine. I learned how to listen and respond accordingly. The management was amazing. We were close but also worked hard and worked together even though it was a competitive role.
Pros

Cons
The end of the month was always the busiest.

SENIOR ESTHETICIAN (Current Employee) –  Parlin, NJOctober 25, 2017
The spa is an excellent place to work. I enjoy the clients and people at the spa unfortunately there is little room for advancement.
I would like to find a position that is more fast pace, has room for growth and advancement, and brings more challenges.
I have worked in the field of skin care almost as long as I have worked in the field of education and I love them both.
Helping people is my passion. Whether it is educating them on life skills, health and nutrition or skin care, it brings me great pleasure.
