Human resource manager is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Glad she's the one picking the staff. Would love for that rude , inconsiderate and unprofessional behavior to rub off on the staff and therefore the customer service

I have worked at Rydell for a little over 2 years, I enjoy my job and the people that I work with. I have learned plenty about cars, customer service, etc throughout my time working here. The management is great, there are opportunities to move up as well. Everyone gets a long great but sometimes there is misunderstanding due to miscommunication. The management is very lenient when it comes to your family life and life outside of work, they are very understanding. Overall, I really enjoy my job.

While reading the details about this place it sounds good so you will have the inclination to apply for the position. Upon being hired you will feel like things were going well until they tell you the amount you will be earning which is not the same as they advertise for. Once you have been working there for awhile you will then learn how poor the management team is and that their success is dependent on yours. Yes, this company is supposed to be a team oriented environment with great people that are there to help one another and have great personalities. However, once again you will soon find out that the managers are just in it for the money. You can be sure that they care about your performance, especially if you are lagging behind and losing the company money. At this point in your position at Rydell you might end up losing your job due to the fact that you are not performing to their standard. So if you are considering to venture into this Fast Food managed work environment please save yourself the time and energy of investing your work skills into this company.
