Very easy to work with. They keep in touch often.
HR Test Analyst - Amazon (Current Employee) –  Seattle, WAJune 2, 2017
They contacted me through Indeed and were very helpful with matching me to a contract position with Amazon.com. The contract position is a temp to hire so I am very happy with the results. I would use them again and have referred people to them.

You have a great deal of autonomy at Rylem, and can do as well as you are able. Management invests in its recruiters with trainings, tech talks, etc.

• Created an access database for evaluating Print on Demand book title value in terms of glance views and revenue opportunities
• Created SOP documents for completed projects for team use and later development

Making a lot of changes now
Recruiter (Former Employee) –  Seattle, WAMarch 23, 2013
Rylem has a pretty laid-back atmosphere and has been improving over the last 6 months or so, but they still have big holes in their methods. Almost no training. No best practices or thought into improving processes. There is lots of flexibilty and some nice co-workers there, but wouldn't recommend much else.
