I did an initial phone interview (very casual), just getting to know the HR recruiter. Then was a skype interview with 4-5 managers and HR people. Then came the offer and I started about a month later.

No communication. Disorganized. To many chiefs and not enough workers. The company will hire outside the organization rather to consider someone within who meets benchmarks.

Pretty typical work hours, this is a full time job... Most days about 6-8 hours but you make your own schedule so sometimes you're going to need to do more or sometimes you'll have a low claim volume and can have an easy week.

I usually take a one week vacation in the summer and then a few days throughout the year. I don't mind working around the holidays.

The pace was extremely fast. There were severa hurricanes during my employment there and we worked 12 hour days, 7 days a week, which I was more than happy to work these hours for the CAT pay.
