This company takes very good care of its employees. The Client Services department is especially focused on excellence and continuous improvement. They are very flexible, helpful, and friendly. New hires tend to be highly-educated, highly-motivated, and very team-focused. On-the-job experience is incredible since so many products, clients, and investment asset types are supported. The management within the department is very attentive, friendly, and easy to work with, although corporate red tape seems to hold them back sometimes. The work is very challenging and changes every day to keep things interesting. The colleagues here are very team-focused and everyone is working to make each other successful. Also, the integrity of everyone I've seen is second to none and is highly encouraged and rewarded.
