I would tell the ceo to really look into your regionals, and who ever get the calls from the resident who call and praise there maintenance team and staff who bust there behind day in and day out to make that company look good. At least make a phone call or even go to there property to just say thank you .... Its grown adults working for you not children..

Hire security staff instead of "courtesy officers". I couldn't give away a free apartment, no respectful officer wants to live on a crime infested property. And if you find one desperate enough they won't care or do what you ask them to do.
