The people you deal with directly on your team are going to me amazing. When I worked in office before COVID, the whole encironment was fantastic. Coworkers are great, the management staff is great!! You will meet plenty of good friends here. The only thing is, this job is stressful as far as the workload you have, and the stats the company expects you to get each month. It’s not impossible, but if you have a mind that easily wanders, this isn’t the place. Also, you are sitting and staring at a computer literally all day, with exception to your break and lunch. You do the grunt work with this position, and they clock your every move…. Literally. You kinda have to ask to use the bathroom. You do most of the work, but get paid the least. They think pizza parties and catered lunch are a way of solving issues.

Low or no training. Low or no concern for customers. Frustrated and angry coworkers.CEO seemed nice, but his actions conflicted with his statements.Low pay.

Communication is very much lacking and clear direction is not given to resolve issues. Work tends to be a priority over personal care. Opportunities are not available for growth. There is no work from home option. Management needs to work towards the current times. The benefits are good. Paid time off is earned, but seems impossible to use. Salary needs to be reevaluated.

Great place to work. Management is supportive. During your time you’ll work with multiple managers which gives you the “team and service” feel of the role.
