PTO (Leave) was just dropped from 2.93 hours a week to 2 hours a week. There is no sick leave. Must use personal leave or Leave Without Pay.

12 holiday and 2 personal holiday a year. PTO is earned per pay and works out to about 19 days a year..Sick/and Reg Leave goes together as "comprehensive leave" and is earned as you accrue hours.

I received 80 hours off per year. Typically, that sums up to be an entire week. I really enjoyed working for the company; I loved the employees, it was like a big family. SAIC really believe in mobility and ensures that all of their employees have the best of the best.
