I will say that from applying > to a phone interview, > to an in person interview, with my answer pending in 24 hours it has not even been 2 weeks. Very fast compared to other banks and if hired then I could start in about 2 weeks after that. A month from start to finish is extremely fast and irregular in this business.
A+ on interview questions. They made it very clear in the interview and application that they are sales focused. I've seen others complain about it on here, but it is extremely clear when hired. At least now it is.
The lack of advancement opportunities for people who actually do their jobs well and have any sort of operational knowledge is frustrating. Upper Management seems mainly concerned with sales, not actual relationship building like they say.

Why do you want to leave your job?
Name a scenario where you turned a negative situation into a positive one?

Name 3 Adj that best describe you?
There is countless overtime simply because the company is always understaffed.
I've worked these hours on a regular week. These exclude onsite events, during work hours and after hours, sometimes up until 10pm.
Very toxic, stressful and a lot of micro managment. I never suffered of stress related health issues till i started working in SDCCU, the HR department works in aligment of the EVP's so there is nobody to trust .
What advice would you give the CEO of San Diego County Credit Union about how to improve it?
Need to review the vision and work of the leadership, more people will keep leaving.
