The company as a whole is a great place to work with many resources available to help address most of your needs. There are lots and lots of meeting - some are going to be more productive than others. It is a utility and it can be seen as moving slower some other organization - I would agree with this sentiment.

Comprehensive Interviews. Hiring process may takes 6-18 months. There will always be some core employees hired, but corporate management is gradually contracting out as much work as possible. Project Management is becoming more and more lean. Excellent training program, benefits and job security if you can get hired.
