Pretty congenial atmosphere.
Working as a paraprofessional is extremely physical. The physical aspect of the job, will most likely lead to injuries. The district no longer provides training on how to handle kids appropriately.
Lack of discipline and consequences.
The unknown changes that take place every fiscal year, for example new hires, people that get transferred, and budget cuts that affect our school making it hard to obtain school supplies and retain good teachers.
