Working at SJVC is like being a substitute teacher at a High School. The management is comprised of people who pass the EGO test and the only feedback you get will be negative. The school wants to milk every dollar from students and wants the teachers to fail kids as much as possible. It was my worst experience as a teacher and on top of that the pay is bad considering how much the CEO is ranking in from student loans. This school needs to be shut down by the gov like ITT was.

Answered

Everything was stressful about that place. Management, students, instructors. Over all the most stressful environment

Answered

I would find excuses so I didn’t have to go. I loved my students but the management made it such a horrible experience.
