Store Manager in Newport Beach, CA
on February 10, 2020
Hard to manage a store without employees, and even harder without a leader. Filthy work space, filled with garbage and flies, myself and another worked hard to undo the lack of discipline the team previously had. Not worth the stress and effort .

as a former worker if SLB I can ensure you that if you need a first time job then this is not it. this was my first job in retail and this company is horrible. there is lack of communication, you get paid every two weeks for only $11/hr. the company only cares for sales and not employees. they expect you to do so much for such little pay. so unorganized and very uncomfortable working place especially for teens. I would not work here if I were you.

Definitely the worst place I have ever worked at. Salaries are miserable and everybody is fake. They love gossip and management do not take care properly of their employees. They will pay you the minimum and expect the maximum and more. Not worth it at all, and if you think this is a good place to work at then you need to go to therapy because you might have low self steem. They also talk poorly about the mental health of their own employees and people don’t get paid the same for doing exactly the same job.
Social Media Marketing Assistant in Honolulu, HI

My experience at San Lorenzo was horrible. I was hired for one position and ended up working in a bunch of different positions I was not hired for. They told me they would train me but a week in my trainer quit because of how horrible the boss is. She only cares about money, not about the employees or the customers. Those hired are places in roles where needed not where they are hired and when you take on more tasks, the compensation does not match.
E-Commerce Digital Marketing Manager in Honolulu, HI

Nice job if you're looking to get knowledge and experience. Very low pay which doesn't compensate for the workload expected to do. The most difficult thing about this job is knowing that its a very exclusive brand for one specific body type and culture, especially when you don't fit that bubble personally.
