In 2016, SAP hired over 20,000 employees. That is an incredible number in one year. We are actively hiring internal and external employees to join our fast growing company. We do hire contractors on an as needed basis, but our practice is to hire SAP employees. We teach our employees, and they teach us, as we serve some of the most amazing customers. We appreciate your feedback and will be sure to look into your comment. Thank you.

Often times when you change roles or get promoted, a similar role you may have just left will have a completely different compensation structure. It can be a bit challenging adjusting to compensation plans within different divisions.
