No plan, declining revenue. Stay away there are much better places to work, especially if early or mid career. Highly doubt we’ll go public, if we did it’d be a nightmare.

This has been a great run until the pandemic. Since then (and the IPO) things have gone downhill. There has been little to no opportunity for growth, despite the amount of attrition. Salaries have stayed the same, little to no bonus pay over the past few years. No cost of living/merit despite the growing inflation rates.

Over the past couple of years SAS has been slipping in the market and falling behind competitors. The company has a great culture but unfortunately a lot of the talent at all levels have left SAS. I'm hoping they are able to recover

An original leader in innovation and work/life balance but has not kept up with the times. Pay is below industry standards. Moral in marketing isn’t great. Has definitely been affected by the great resignation. As the company prepares to go public, details are vague, leaving employee to wonder. Still run as a family owned business. Cult of personality based on a 79 year old CEO.
