The sales org is probably the worst in the industry, with lagging pay and crony promotions and nepotism rampant. Several major executives have recently “found other opportunities” or retired as a result of S-ual harassment that runs rampant amongst management. If you report it, you will go on pip and be disappeared into the memory hole. They say there is unlimited sick leave, but if you try to use it, you will be penalized or scrutinized. Finally, the most major of reorgs just happened, with all global ops, sales and R&D falling under a guy who DFA. The days of a casual family friendly SAS are gone and will never return. Turnover has doubled in the past year, much of it forced.
