Very rarely- It really depends on so many factors- Each team and client get paid differently , If your team is allotted any money for pay increases. supervisors will generally give it to TOP reps-and lowest paid reps with most tenure. Rarley is it more than 1%. Sometimes you can transfer to a new team(client)and get more money-sometimes if you quit on good terms and come back you can get more money, best advice is ask for 25% more than you expect to earn and hope they meet you by 5% it will be years before you see any significant raise in a dollar amount!
If you have a good team that works together, the hours are good and the days go quickly. Otherwise, it's all one sided, unfairly assigned and people stand around doing nothing while you're the last one working.
What advice would you give the CEO of SAS Retail Services about how to improve it?
I would make sure the employees where getting paid for the hours they work and make sure they where getting treated fairly.
My team is very cliquey so the work load is never divided equally. my team lead has her favorites and those are also her friends outside of work so they get to work together all the time and usually get the easier jobs. everyone else that has been there long enough to know what they are doing gets stuck busting hump all day w/o breaks because if we take one then everyone stands around watching us work because their all done. so the pace at on my team is non-stop, stressful, high paced
