If you read between the lines you will easily see the truth is that Saber is a business that buys failing nursing homes to make money
Once taken over expect saving money to be the priority over patient care and safety
They will not make necessary repairs (leaky buildings, black mold in showers, walls/floors in disrepair)
Turnover is high, not enough nursing housekeeping laundry or dietary staff
What little staff they have is overworked then chastised because they don’t do more
Managers have to fill in constantly and can’t manage departments correctly
Poor survey histories
Nursinghomecompare.gov
They do not care about the staff and if management is not a yes man they are shown the door
Vicious cycle
They’ll continue to make money but the staff and residents will continue to suffer

Saber is for-profit & appears to be doing well in that department, so I'm sure Saber will do great in the future.
