Worst managed facility I have ever worked in especially one in Raeford NC. Does not back employees and will throw you under the bus, train and into hurricane to cover their own behinds.

As a new employee at first it seems great
But beware
After the initial warm welcome you see the culture of blame
Every day someone is getting thrown under the bus for something
Makes you fearful for your license

Horrible
They never have enough staff and are always begging you to do more till they burn you out
Even if you say no they make you stay if they can’t find staff - no choice, company policy
Poor staffing or overworked staff and lack of proper supplies leads to poor patient care and lots of complaints
May staff are rude and unprofessional and they get away with it because there’s no one else to work
