Focus on team work and patient care, all long-term care facilities have high-turn over so I talked about how I wanted a place with longevity and stability so that I could stay there a long time. I love it

They may be wonderful up front, but with time you will find the bottom line is profit. They will work you hard, and show no appreciation, and if you express legitimate concerns, you will soon find yourself out the door, permanently.
Run they suck

Saber tries to give everyone a chance, however, not everyone is a good fit for healthcare. Be honest when interviewing so the department manager has a clear picture of your expectations and ethics.
Do no believe anything they say turn over is very high

First really look at the staff, if there are all new staff beware for very high turnover and definitely ask about orientation saber has the worst orientation I have ever experienced, you need to be oriented to be a good productive employee. Not given a few words of luck and sent on your way blindly.
Be involved, express your ideas and opinions

Be a "yes man" and don't expect much in the way of compassion.
