At the Fort Wayne plant you get 40 hours per year you can use them whenever you want even if you just to need to leave for a couple of hours and come back, however it’s not paid until the end of each quarter. 8 hours is paid out whether you use it or not each quarter except at the end of 4th quarter which is 16 hours
