The management in the corporate office is either incompetent or so condescending that it’s almost unbearable to be in the office. The entire time I worked there, I was never given autonomy of my job. I was micromanaged from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Never in my career have I been treated with such disrespect. Extremely conservative, uptight and strained atmosphere. Life is too short to spend your days at a place that is so uncomfortable that you just want to scream.
Starbucks Shift Supervisor (Current Employee) – Seattle, WA – October 11, 2017
Working as a supervisor at Sabey Starbucks was a great opportunity to be able to express my own way of dealing with certain situations in a fast-paced environment. It also gave me the opportunity to meet people.
Great Company with room to grown and awesome management
Assistant Manager (Current Employee) – Seattle, WA – February 24, 2015
Sabey is a great company, it;s just hard working at Starbucks. I can't express my self in the ways I;d like such as dress and fashion. Customers are very disrespectful and it takes a toll on everyone I work with. Customers will be customers but they're particularly rude at Starbucks and I don't think it's worth while to spend time on people who could care less about you.
