The most useful review selected by IndeedReally nice restaurant where the chef cares about what is put out to the guests. Great tips and you’re constantly busy so you can’t get bored. Though its drama filled for the front of house and coworkers and management were catty.

Good pay if you have experience. Highly stressful.

It's ok if you have experience and you just want to make good money. The money can be good but the chef is rude and the dynamic is dysfunctional. Most of the time customers are decent to you but there are a lot of highly demanding rude ones.

Locally sourced food. The menu changes every day. Co-Workers help each other out. Overall refreshing. Chef loves and is passionate about what he does and it transfers over the quality of the food. Which makes the business successful with great service.

Experienced work enviroment

I started the day off by prepping the most time consuming menu items in order. Then moved on to prepping the tapas stations for the dinner service (as well as anything the chef's needed). We got done everything we needed to prep in order for dinner service to run smoothly and then when that was done it was about lunch time. After lunch it was busy dinner service until 9 or 10 making intricate tapas plates. After service we took inventory for the next day and cleaned everything. I learned a different style of cuisine and loved how i worked with other passionate people.

It was a fun place to work and majority of the staff was great. Management could use a little work as I can remember but overall it is a great place to work.

Family meal before service, friendly people, amazing food

No benefits, basically no breaks, rude customers
