Good Company
Administrative/Industrial Scale Attendant (Former Employee) –  Fond du Lac, WINovember 8, 2018
I felt it was a good company to work for. I felt I was treated fairly and supported in my training. The Human Resources as well as other Management at Sadoff Iron & Metal are very nice and easy to talk to. If I had the opportunity to work there again in I would be more than happy.

A decent job average pay.
Employee (Former Employee) –  Lincoln, NEJune 13, 2018
Work starts at 7am and goes to 4 or 4:30pm. They train you for whatever job you apply for and for the most part is pretty easy work with a really great group of workers. They take pride in being a safe place to work and have a lot of safety training meetings. The pay is anywhere between 12 to 20$ a hour although it takes a long time to get around the 20 mark as the raises tend to be small. The hardest part of the job is dealing with the supervisors who tend to be mad or upset most of the time and take it out on the workers around them which results in a stressful work environment with low morale.
Pros
In debth safety trainings, Easy work, Great group of workers.
Cons
Supervisor attitudes, Average pay
