Massive stress...expectations are unrealistic trying to meet metrics that reps have no control over like retention...communication is severely lacking between corporate and the agents...forced overtime and all this while the company doesn't keep their systems running efficiently yet they expect reps to know and hold more data than the computers do...agents don't make commission at all..flat rate pay below national average...work atmosphere is very stressed would be an understatement...my advice would be to work elsewhere

They provide health, dental, and vision, plus 401k. No discounts for being an employee with these people. And their insurance is freakin' EXPENSIVE.
