It's part time in Rio Rancho and they are over staffed and STILL hiring more people. They keep you at part time since they don't want to offer benefits.

I interviewed Feb 2019 for the trainee position for claims which isnt real claim work BTW. MY interviewer didnt seem very interested in being there and it is hard being animated and truly interested in talking with someone who isnt the same. I guess they are honestly looking for people with little to no experience and barely have a pulse. They are not looking for people who arent desperate for a job because they have a turnover problem. This was directly from my interviewer which we talked about. I think their problem is the fact they are focusing on hiring people who really dont want to succeed. They probably need to focus less on their fear of others aiming for their job and just make better hires. This is a problem across the board--- this is why there is so much turn over. People like myself with years of experience arent your enemies. We sometimes need jobs too and yes, we will be looking to take your job.

I think its a good thing. No one seemed very happy here. They were more happy about getting a piece of pizza than their job. It was a blessing they passed on me.
