Compared to chains, grocery pharmacy's a walk in the park. Having said that, often times it becomes too bland. Ok for those who like that kind of pace

Worked at the deli during college. Wasn't the worst. Wasn't the best. Flexible schedule and good pay. Not somewhere id want to stay long term. And such
Deli Clerk in Poulsbo, WA
on September 15, 2021
The only thing i liked working there, was the people i got to work with. Overall the job, at least in the deli, had quite a bit of flaws. The deli had bad management and there was unfair pay, there would be people who had just joined and they have given them 40 hours and good pay where i only had 35 hours at most. For the amount that i would work, they would pay me poorly for a company that big, they would also ask me to stay after my shift when a mistake happened on their end on the schedule and the manager would always ask me to stay after my shift ended. i worked 12-14 hour shifts most of the time and i would still be underpaid.
Deli Clerk/Cook in Cottage Grove, OR
on September 14, 2021
Extremly unprofessional toxic work environment. Managers for the most part are out of control and act biased, politics are a huge part of this company, and alot of OSHA rules are not followed. Upper management rarely corrects such behavior, and the benefits are deplorable.
HR in Pleasanton, CA
on September 14, 2021
Would not recommend due to the company's culture, which is a dog each dog culture. If you don't fit in you are doomed. Lack of cohesiveness with other departments - but again easier if you fit in and play the role.
