If I was in charge of Safeway I would make sure my employees all enjoyed their jobs and the opening baggers get to come in at 7:45-8a so they can sleep ia bit more😴 None of this 5:30-6a stuff And get PTO/sick/vacation time

If I were in charge, I would make sure that the employees I hired knew ahead of time that the hours that are given are the hours you stick with. I would make sure everyone had paid sick time and paid time off because those little types of things can make employees happy in the workplace.
