Post job openings in store for jobs available in other states & help with transfers from one state to another in the present job your now doing. It could really cut down on training hours,& if your employees & company are important to you, this could really help out a family when there spouse has to move to another state but your employee would have to quit there Safeway job because of the spouses move. Transfers could really help cut down on store turnovers & employee stress.

Post job openings in other states so that if an employee needed to move because of their spouse they could possible be able to do a transfer. That could help out not only your employees but could also help out & cut down on training hrs.
