Post job openings in store for jobs available in other states & help with transfers from one state to another in the present job your now doing. It could really cut down on training hours,& if your employees & company are important to you, this could really help out a family when there spouse has to move to another state but your employee would have to quit there Safeway job because of the spouses move. Transfers could really help cut down on store turnovers & employee stress.
