There is little to no professionalism. Customer Service training might be helpful.
IF you have concerns about turnover, may you should check into the person or people that have been there the longest as the cause of the problem. I know that was an issue in the Birmingham office.
Pay is low and benefits are to expensive for minimal coverage. Since SAFY now bills a grant and medicaid there is no excuse for not compensating employees. Turnover will continue to be a problem!
Pay is ridiculously low. You NEED to pay more to attract talent and keep it.
