No sick days. Dentists get ten, unpaid days off a year.

For hygienists there are no sick leave, only PTO's which is 1 day after 1 year!!! and another 5 days every year after that.

There are no sick days. If you are a doctor the days you are sick will count as your vacation days--which are all unpaid of course. Also, if you miss a week because you are sick, even in cases of you being in the hospital, when you return they will try to make you work extra days to make up for those "lost revenue" days.
