Great place to work.
Relaxed work environment I never didn't want to go to work. Great people. Always a new challenge with every student. Working here made me a better driver.
Commercial Truck Driving Instructor in Caldwell, ID

ManagementIn general, managers at SAGE Truck Driving School turn a blind eye to harassment in the workplace that creates a hostile work environment. They have a completely unrealistic perspective of the situation.CultureCollaboration with my colleagues at SAGE Truck Driving School is 50/50. Half of them are great to work with, the other half have no business in adult education.OverallMy experience working at SAGE Truck Driving School was great at first. The continuous harassment by a fellow instructor became intolerable.

CDL Instructor in Lexington, SC

For over 7 years I have had the opportunity to work with some great people at Sage and within its customer base. I have been primarily a corporate trainer for over 1/2 my tenure as an instructor. This position has allowed me to travel all over the U.S. primarily east of the Mississippi river. As a former truck team driver with my wife, she now travels with me.
Staff Assistant in Denver, CO
on April 9, 2020
Sure there is stress related to the job but I never have to take it home with me. I work normal hours and enjoy my co-workers for the most part. The best part is helping our students succeed and their appreciation of what we do. We work hard but also keep it light.
