Extremely stressful, riddled with fear and anxiety from poor management; a constant turn-over of staff; no employee incentives or appreciation and you are often working holidays and long hours with little to NO rewards. Low pay and doing the job of 2-3 people at any given time including dealing with skilled nursing patients and moving heavy furniture and bodies.

Raises are EARNED annually on your anniversary hire date. If job performance warrants a raise, which results from an annual review. With such negativity towards a company, I can only imagine a negative attitude towards the residents we serve, and that behavior and attitude should NOT be rewarded with a raise. If your annual review was missed, you should bring it to the Directors attention, if no results, then let the ED know.
