If a community consistently fails to improve in occupancy and resident complaints after 4 EDs in one year, there is a deeper problem! When an entire region fails time and time again, there is a bigger problem! I would ask the CEO to take a look at the failing regional director. That is the source of the deep and wide problems. It’s a shame because good employees see the problems with leadership and leave for better opportunities. The region is left with the folks who are complacent or downright inept! Furthermore, good folks who share their horrible experiences will keep other good folks from applying for the open positions. It’s a downward spiral all because of a bad regional director!

Treat your management team with respect and empower them to do their jobs so they can then empower their associates. In order to do so you must ensure that the management team is properly trained and given what they need in the beginning before a new community opens.

You need to stay abreast of what's going on at Bellarose. Alot of First timers in management, is a horrible work environment. It shows. Alot of favoritism.
